Name: Lupe Lamia
Personality: Passive and usually cheerful, but also very sarcastic. I consider myself quite clever and witty, but really I'm probably just more of a basket case. I prefer to get to know my RP partners, but am perfectly capable with not communicating outside of RP. I consider myself a fairly nice and forgiving individual, but I can be cold.

RP Experience: 6-7 years

RP Activity: Depends, though generally I am rather slow. I tend to get distracted by other projects or RPs, but if I am truly interested in our RP I will devote a great deal of time and effort into it. Of course, when I do get so excited about something, I naturally expect my partner to match my enthusiasm. If one person is enjoying it and the other isn't, it tends to show.

Current Number of Active RPs: 3
Current Number of Inactive RPs: 5 or so, mainly because my partners have become busy with college.
Number of RPs preferred: 2 very serious and plot-heavy RPs, and any number of fun and easy RPs. Note that for the fun and easy RPs I will be less likely to post quickly, because I do not take them seriously.

Post Size: I work more with quality than quantity. If a minimal response is all that is required, I am not going to rack my brain trying to come up with two or three unnecessary paragraphs. Generally, my posts run from two to three paragraphs, but if the mood so strikes me I can write as many as needed. I think the most I've written for a single post was 15 paragraphs, and believe me, that did not go over well with the person who received it...
Preferred Post Size: As I said, I prefer quality over quantity. What is not acceptable are one-liners. I want my partner to at least try to give what they receive, as I will show them the same courtesy.

Most Important RP Quality: Plot, characters, and understandable writing! I'm sorry, but if you struggle with things like spelling and grammar, I might not be able to put up with you for very long. I know I'm not a perfect writer, but I do put a lot of effort into my work, and I expect the same from my partners.
If the characters are not "real" enough to me, I will discontinue the RP. I can't stand overly stereotypical characters, unless they are just minor/background characters.
Likewise, if the plot is not believable, I will probably not agree to do it. I make some exceptions, of course, especially if the RP has something to do with, say, aliens or magic or whatever. But really, there are certain aspects that deserve special attention.
Least Important RP Quality: Superfluous writing. I don't care how long my partner's character's eyelashes are. I don't want to hear about how "utterly perfect" he is. That sickens me. Also, please do not use words that you don't understand the meaning of. The thesaurus is a sometimes-friend. The dictionary is an always-friend.

Preferred RP type: Historical fiction is my forte, particularly in ancient Greece or Rome, feudal Japan, and late 1900s America. I am willing to RP just about anything, however, and have done more genres than I could probably ever list. Steampunk and Cyberpunk are my personal weaknesses.

Preferred character type: My characters are always seke. It depends on the situation and my partner's character, of course, to determine which role they will play in the bedroom.

Preferred RP progression: I want characters to grow and develop as the story does. I don't usually care about relationships in role plays unless I happen to just adore the characters. Relationships are bound to happen, but I prefer later over sooner. It is fine if my partner prefers to start out as friends or lovers, but I do request that the characters still be allowed to grow and change. It helps if my partner realizes that not all relationships are set in stone. Some of the best RPs I've ever done have concerned break ups, separations, and adultery.

RP Dos:
Any genre that does not involve furries/animal people. If they can change from one to the other, that's fine, but no in-betweens. The only thing in-between I'd be willing to accept are shapeshifters, werewolves, and nagas. I make special exceptions for tentacle monsters. But that's another story!
Zombies.
Vampires, though I do have a special requirement for these.
BDSM, S&M. As long as it doesn't contain anything too excessive. Leather, whips, and chains are A-OK.
Vulgarity is fine. Curse words don't scare me.
Excessive fluff/waff. Oh please. No couple is that perfect.
Slavery is fine, just don't expect a beautiful relationship to occur.
Science fiction is my favorite. Steampunk/Cyberpunk/whatever. I love it all.
Magic.
Aliens. Er, I do mean distinctly humanoid ones. Again, no furries. Don't expect my characters to get freaky with anything gelationous and/or twenty feet tall.
Pirates.
Anything to do with history. Historical characters are fine, too, as long as you know a lot about whoever you're trying to impersonate.
Crossdressing/transsexuals.
Interesting characters! Detailed plotlines! Oh heavens above, if I don't love these two things over everything else.

RP Donts:
NO minors. No one under the age of sixteen. If the RP does contain some kind of theme in which a younger character is required, then fine, but I don't want to hear in gross detail about their rape or sexual traumas. In short: no detailed pedophilia/shouta.
Bestiality.
Scatplay.
Watersports.
Bloodplay. If they're vampires, all they had better be doing with that blood is drinking it.
Series RPs. No books, TV shows, movies, manga, or anime.
Geriatic characters. Note that this goes only for sexual relations. I don't care if my partner has a character in their 80s, as long as my partner doesn't expect to be writing any sex scenes with him.
Extreme/absolute ukes. I am growing a volatile hatred for short, lithe characters with bubblegum pink hair and the personality of a hyperactive chipmunk.
Stoic semes. I know emotionless tops exist, but they better have something under that flat look in their eyes.
Incest. Sometimes I make exceptions for twincest, but only very rarely.
Vore.
Guro.
Rape. I know that it happens and sometimes it's necessary for the story, but I just don't like to write it. I can, but I prefer not to.
Mpreg.
Flat characters! No discernable plot line! Depth is a requirement of all aspects.


Um, if I come up with anything else, I suppose I'll just add it, but that's pretty basic for what I will and won't do.
